Metro Boomin gives $100,000 to St. Louis organizations focusing on women’s issues.

Metro recently collaborated with Rung for Women and Amazon Access to donate $20,000 to organizations such as Almost Home, Diamond Diva Empowerment Foundation, the Haven of Grace, the Little Bit Foundation, and Parents as Teachers. The grants will support women facing financial challenges such as debt, child care, rent, and utilities. The funds were raised during a holiday event called the Leslie Joanne Soirée held at Rung in December.

Leslie Gill, President of Rung, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership with Metro Boomin in helping single mothers in St. Louis. Inspired by Metro’s devotion to his late mother, Leslie highlighted his dedication to women and the community.

Metro Boomin performed live in St. Louis at the Together Credit Union Plaza at Ballpark Village. During his set, the 30-year-old artist showcased one of his latest hits, “BBL Drizzy,” known for its playful jab at Drake. The event was a success, bringing together music and philanthropy in support of women in need.
