“The woman knows what happened, I know what happened,” Rowland expressed, clearly affected by the encounter. “I have boundaries and I stick to them, that’s all there is to it.” The multi-talented artist pointed out that other women at the event who did not resemble her were not treated in the same disrespectful manner.
“I stood my ground and she felt like she had to stand hers,” Rowland emphasized, reflecting on the experience. Despite the unwelcome confrontation, Rowland remains steadfast in her principles and unapologetic for defending herself against injustice.
