T.I. Talks Drake and Kendrick Lamar Beef: “I’m Just Anticipating the Tour”

T.I. recently shared his thoughts on the ongoing back-and-forth between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, suggesting that he is eagerly anticipating a joint tour between the two artists. In a conversation on the Whoo’s House Podcast with DJ Whoo Kid, T.I. described the feud as one of the most intense he has seen, speculating that not everything said between the two artists is necessarily based on truth.

The Grand Hustle founder expressed his admiration for both Drake and Kendrick as talented hitmakers and expressed his desire to see them come together for a tour. T.I. believes that a reunion between the artists would be a major draw for fans, following their public disagreement.

When asked about the possibility of J. Cole joining the tour, T.I. responded with a bit of humor, referencing Cole’s decision to distance himself from the feud between Drake and Kendrick early on. T.I. jokingly commended Cole for his peaceful approach to the situation.

T.I. also discussed how the ongoing feud between Drake and Kendrick may have impacted the release plans of other artists in the industry. In a previous interview with Big Boy, T.I. remarked on how the dominance of Drake and Kendrick’s beef may have disrupted the rollout of new music from other artists.

Fans may recall that Drake and Kendrick previously toured together in 2012 as part of Drake’s Club Paradise Tour. Kendrick was one of several openers for Drake, along with artists like ASAP Rocky, J. Cole, and Meek Mill. The potential for a joint tour between Drake and Kendrick has sparked excitement among their dedicated fan bases.
