Drake Acquires 313-Acre Dallas Estate in $15 Million Deal

Fresh from his recent feud with Kendrick Lamar, Drake has made a new addition to his real estate holdings. In October, the Toronto rapper purchased The Inn at Dos Brisas, a sprawling 313-acre ranch located in Brenham, just two hours south of Dallas. The property, valued at $15 million, includes a 14,300-square-foot main house as well as several haciendas and casitas. Among the many amenities are a wine cellar stocked with 7,000 bottles, a shooting range, multiple basketball and tennis courts, a stable, a riding ring, and a collection of horses.

According to reports by Texas Monthly, listing agent Tonya Currie described Dos Brisas as a rare legacy ranch property that presented a unique opportunity for the right buyer. The property was listed at a price matching the current market conditions, attracting Drake to make the purchase. The acquisition of Dos Brisas adds to Drake’s already impressive real estate portfolio, demonstrating his keen eye for luxury properties.

Drake’s latest investment comes on the heels of his high-profile rap beef with Kendrick Lamar, showcasing his ability to dominate both the music scene and the real estate market. With this new ranch, Drake can enjoy a luxurious retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life, indulging in the many amenities that Dos Brisas has to offer. It seems that Drake’s success knows no bounds, as he continues to expand his empire in various fields.
