The Broccoli City Festival is set to kick off in Washington D.C. next month, and the organizers have announced an exciting partnership with Converse to promote creativity and empower communities. Converse, an iconic footwear brand, is the official sponsor of the festival, which will take place at the Audi Field on July 27 and 28.
As part of the partnership, the Broccoli City Festival 2024 will introduce the Converse Fast-Lane, allowing attendees wearing Converse to enter the festival grounds earlier. Additionally, the festival will feature the Converse Kick-Cam, offering attendees the chance to be spotlighted and receive rewards such as food and beverage vouchers and VIP upgrades.
Marcus Allen, co-founder of Broccoli City, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with Converse, a brand that shares our commitment to creative arts and community empowerment. This collaboration will enhance the festival experience for our attendees and make a positive cultural impact.”
Rodney Rambo, VP of Global Marketing at Converse, echoed similar sentiments, saying, “The Broccoli City Festival embodies values of community, creativity, and inclusivity, which are principles that our brand is deeply passionate about.”
The lineup for this year’s Broccoli City Festival includes performances by Megan Thee Stallion, Gunna, PartyNextDoor, Kaytranada, Sexyy Red, Lil Yachty, Teezo Touchdown, and Key Glock. Attendees can also look forward to various live experiences, such as Trapsoul Karaoke hosted by Bryson Tiller.
With such a diverse and exciting lineup, the Broccoli City Festival promises to be a celebration of creativity, community, and inclusivity, thanks to the partnership with Converse.
