Kodak Black Promises To No Longer Perform “Super Gremlin”

Kodak Black recently opened up about his struggles with opiates during a fan-captured moment from one of his concerts. The rapper expressed regret over a line in his song “Super Gremlin” where he mentioned taking “fake” Percocet. Despite knowing it was fake, he still consumed it, referring to himself as a gremlin.

During his concert, Kodak shared with the audience that the lyrics came to him quickly, but he didn’t want to promote that lifestyle. He admitted to chewing on Percocet, clarifying that he never actually swallowed them. He revealed that at one point, he was consuming 100 Percs a day, with an average of 40, but stressed that if they had been real, he would have died.

The rapper made it clear that he was not endorsing that behavior and didn’t want his fans to think it was acceptable. His honesty about his past struggles with addiction sheds light on the dangers of drug use and serves as a cautionary tale for others.
