Drake, known as the 6 God in the music industry, made a significant investment by purchasing a 313-acre resort just 45 minutes outside of Houston for a whopping $15 million. This luxurious resort, formerly known as the Inn at Dos Brisas, was renowned for its lavish amenities such as private casitas, haciendas with personal pools, an equestrian facility, and more.
Sadly, Dos Brisas had to shut down permanently in 2022 due to financial troubles caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the property now serves as a private retreat for Drake, who hinted at the purchase with an Instagram post back in September.
In a video clip shared on Instagram, Drake expressed his excitement about the new venture with his friend. He mentioned the horses that come with the property and the boarding horses, adding a playful tone to the announcement. The post received a lot of attention from his followers, with many expressing their admiration for the new direction Drake was taking.
On Father’s Day, Drake’s father, Dennis Graham, and his son, Adonis Graham, also joined in on the cowboy vibes in a post on Drake’s Instagram. The three generations of Grahams were portrayed in a heartwarming photo, with Drake acknowledging the guiding role of fathers in raising their children.
With this new property investment and the cowboy aesthetic taking over his social media, it seems like Drake is embracing a different side of himself and enjoying the tranquility of his private retreat. The singer-songwriter’s fans are eager to see what other surprises he has in store as he continues to expand his real estate portfolio.
