Priscilla Presley files lawsuit against ex-business partners for more than $1 million, alleging elder abuse

Kruse was known for auctioning off Elvis memorabilia, but his interactions with Priscilla Presley in 2021 took a dark turn. Allegedly, Kruse manipulated Presley into believing that her former financial advisors were untrustworthy, leading her to sign contracts that allowed Kruse and his associates to claim 80 percent of Presley’s earnings.

One such deal involved a cosmetics company, where Presley was promised ownership but instead received $300,000 upfront. She later discovered that her former associates had pocketed the rest of the money. Additionally, smaller amounts were reportedly taken from Presley’s son, Navarone’s bank account, and she was charged for moving and storage expenses related to deals concerning Lisa Marie Presley.

In a separate incident, Presley received minority shares in various companies that used her name and likeness for profit, including the upcoming 2023 A24 film “Priscilla.” This exploitation of her image and finances has left Presley feeling taken advantage of in multiple aspects of her career and personal life.
