During her Instagram Live session, Cardi shared, “I really wanted to have this conversation with you guys because I watched the show ‘Baby Reindeer.’ It’s on Netflix and I haven’t been able to finish watching it because around the fourth or fifth episode it kind of traumatized me a little bit.”
Cardi expressed the importance of understanding different perspectives on sexual assault, particularly highlighting the male perspective portrayed in the series. She remarked, “It’s so important for us to know certain male perspectives about these type of things. Because you know women go through a lot of sexual assault but we don’t really hear or see what other men go through when they experience sexual assault. It shocked me.”
